We kindly recommend booking your accommodations at The Gleneagles Hotel as soon as possible.

Travel

TRANSPORTATION - BY PLANE

Edinburgh Airport or Glasgow Airport, United Kingdom

Both the Edinburgh (EDI) and Glasgow (GLA) airports are  approximately one (1) hour drive away from The Gleneagles Hotel. 
Guests can book transfers from the airport to The Gleneagles Hotel directly with Glen Drivers Team who can be reached via email at glendrivers@gleneagles.com. The costs are £180 for 1-2 guests or £220 for 3 – 6 guests. They recommend guests arrange this at least 2 weeks in advance as is based on availability. You will be asked for a lead name, a contact number, and flight numbers upon booking. 

TRANSPORTATION - BY TRAIN

You can travel by train directly from London, Kings Cross Station to Gleneagles Station in just over five (5) and a half hours. If you wish to arrive by train, Gleneagles has its own Station less than two (2) minutes from the hotel and offer complimentary transfers. Just let them know what time you are arriving.
Gleneagles is on the main London to Inverness line. Visit National Rail Enquiries for times and fares.

TRANSPORTATION - BY CAR

The Gleneagles Hotel does not have a street address. Please use the alternative postcode PH3 1SH, which will bring you to The Gleneagles Hotel if traveling via rental car.

Accommodations

The Gleneagles Hotel

We recommend booking your accommodations for our wedding weekend as soon as possible as all guests are required to stay at The Gleneagles Hotel in order to attend our wedding. A block of rooms has been reserved at The Gleneagles Hotel at a special rate of £675 per night. There is a 2 night minimum stay required (August 4-6, 2023). Please reference the Campbell/Freeman wedding, as well as Quote Reference CAM040823, when reserving your room. You can reserve by phone or email. Please book by April 1, 2023 to secure this rate.

Morning Tee Times

All gentlemen are invited to play golf! We have reserved several tee times spanning from 8:40-10:20am at The Kings Course at The Gleneagles Hotel- groups and tee times will be assigned to those interested in playing. The cost to play is £275 per person, which can be paid upon checking in at the course that morning. 
If you need rental clubs and/or want to secure a caddy or push cart, reach out to Gleneagles Playground Planners. Be sure to reference the Campbell/Freeman wedding when doing so and reserve as soon as possible!

If anyone is interested in wearing a kilt to Friday night's Rehearsal Dinner, The Gleneagles Hotel can help facilitate a kilt rental. Note: This is absolutely not required / is completely optional.
